Technical Project Manager to AQ Engineering
AQ Engineering is growing, and we need to strengthen our team with a Technical Project Manager for an ongoing project involving the development of battery systems.

The role is based at one of our offices in Västerås, Gothenburg or Trollhättan.

- You have previous experience working in project management, design, or product development of technical systems, preferably with battery systems, electrical systems, or software closely tied to HW.
- You are experienced in managing both customer and supplier relationships and can navigate in their technical discussions with requirements and specifications.

- You possess solid knowledge of standards, technical documentation, and requirements management.
- You understand the components of a battery system, such as BMS, cells, electrical components, software, safety, design, and their various functions.
- You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
- You hold an engineering degree (civilingenjör or högskoleingenjör) in a relevant field.
- You have experience working with Jira.
- Experience with testing and certification of battery or technical systems is an advantage.
Specializations in one or more of the following areas are a plus:
- ESS (Energy Storage Systems)
- BMS (Battery Management Systems)
- High-voltage battery systems (60-1000V)
- Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- System integration
- Testing and validation
- Safety and compliance
- Technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the project from start to finish. This includes collaboration and coordination between the customer, other AQ companies, and suppliers. Monitor and ensure the project adheres to budget and timelines. Identify and manage potential risks and challenges that may impact project progress.
- Customer Relations: Manage the customer relationship and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Technology Development: Actively participate in the development of battery systems, product design, and battery facilities from concept to delivery together with the team.
- Driving Technical Tasks with the Development Team: Manage and plan technical tasks within the framework of a battery project together with the team. The broad range of tasks requires clear goals, continuous follow-up, and close discussions with team members.
